Return Policy

A return may be requested at any point within a 28 day period starting from when the date from which the order has been dispatched.

An item may only be returned in it's original condition as the item was dispatched. We cannot accept a return of a product if it has been personalised in anyway. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resealable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

All sales are final, and Bleyer does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Following your receipt of the products, you will have a period of 72 hours to check for any defects, faults or errors in respect of the products delivered and to notify us that you will be returning any products to us and the reason for any such returns.

Refunds

A refund will be processed once your order has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be processed from Monday-Friday and may take up to 48 hours. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

We Currently do not offer any exchanges or replacements for any of our returned products.

The amount refunded will amount to the total cost of the item minus the shipping fees unless otherwise agreed.
